The tubular ultra-high temperature sterilizer is a continuous and indirect heating sterilization equipment widely used in the dairy and beverage industry, especially for liquid and semi-liquid products. Its core function is to heat the product to an ultra-high temperature (typically 135°C - 150°C) within an extremely short period of time (usually a few seconds), maintain it precisely for a certain period of time to achieve a commercial sterile state, and then cool it rapidly.
"Tubular" refers to its core heat exchange element - a group of concentric stainless steel tubes. The product flows in the inner layer of the pipe, while the heating or cooling medium (usually steam or hot/cold water) flows in the interlayer of the pipe, and indirect heat exchange occurs through the pipe wall.
