Pressure spray dryer is a device that can dry and granulate at the same time. According to process requirements, we can adjust the pressure of the material pump, the volume of the flow and the size of the jet hole to get the required size of the spherical particles.

Pressure spray dryer working process: the liquid through a high pressure pump and spray mist droplets and then with hot air and fall, most of the powder are collected from the bottom outlet, exhaust gas and tiny powder by the cyclone separation, waste gas discharged by the exhaust fan, the powder is collected by the powder collector under the cyclone separator ,and the two stage dust removal device can be equipped at the outlet of the fan .The recovery rate was 96%-98%.

The material of the tower, pipeline and separator which contacted with the material is made by SUS304. The insulation layer is between the inner and outer shell of the tower. The tower has observation door, sight glass, light source and control instrument. It is controlled and displayed by the touch screen.

VFBD consists of the following main parts:

1.  Vibrating Deck (Fluidization Deck): This is the perforated plate or screen upon which the wet material rests. It is designed to allow the hot air to pass through while supporting the bed of material.

2.  Vibration Generator: This is the system that creates the mechanical vibration. It typically consists of an electric motor connected to an eccentric weight system (vibrator). The intensity and frequency of the vibration can be adjusted.

3.  Springs or Rubber Mounts: The entire drying chamber is mounted on springs. These allow the vibrating motion to occur while isolating the vibration from the main supporting structure and the rest of the plant.

4.  Air Plenum Chamber: Located below the vibrating deck, this chamber distributes the hot, dry fluidizing air evenly across the entire area of the deck.

5.  Drying Chamber (Body): The enclosed space where the actual drying takes place. It contains the vibrating deck and the bed of material.

6.  Heat Source and Blower: A system that heats the air (e.g., steam coil, electric heater, gas burner) and a fan that forces it through the air plenum and the material bed.

7.  Exhaust System: An outlet for the moist, spent air to exit the drying chamber, often connected to a bag filter or cyclone to recover any fine particles entrained in the air.
