Pressure spray dryer is a device that can dry and granulate at the same time. According to process requirements, we can adjust the pressure of the material pump, the volume of the flow and the size of the jet hole to get the required size of the spherical particles.

Pressure spray dryer working process: the liquid through a high voltage input diaphragm pump, and spray mist droplets, and then with hot air and fall, most of the powder are collected from the bottom outlet, exhaust gas and tiny powder by the cyclone separation, waste gas discharged by the exhaust fan, the powder is collected by the powder collector under the cyclone separator ,and the two stage dust removal device can be equipped at the outlet of the fan .The recovery rate was 96%-98%.

The material of the tower, pipeline and separator which contacted with the material is made by SUS304. The insulation layer is between the inner and outer shell of the tower. The filling material is rock wool. The tower has observation door, sight glass, light source and control instrument. It is controlled and displayed by the electrical control console.

The heat source of unit uses steam heater, electric heater or other types, has the advantages of convenient operation, fast start-up, compact structure, clean hot air and so on. In addition, the electrical control cabinet is equipped with heat source control adjusting device, the inlet temperature of stepless adjustment. According to the actual needs of the users , different heating modes can be provided.

The material enters the machine body from the feed port, under the action of the vibration force, the material is thrown forward continuously along the horizontal direction. The hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed and exchange heat with the wet material. The wet air is discharged by the cyclone separator after being dusting, and the drying material is discharged from the discharge port.
