Shanghai Triowin industrial sterilization machine includes three types of sterilization machine: tube in tube sterilizer , tunnel sterilizer and plate sterilizer.
- * Tube-type sterilizer is applied for pasteurization of juice,milk,juice with particles and evan low-viscosity material,to achieve long shelf-life.
- * Various designs of single stage,double stage and multistage or their combination can be custonmized accordingly for different demands of sterilization.

The tube type sterilization machine takes steam, hot water and cold water as heat transfer medium, and is especially suitable for the sterilization of high viscosity materials such as jam, concentrated juice, etc.. The main body of the machine adopts four layers of casing structure: heat exchange medium in the outer layer and inside the two layer of the flow, the material in the middle of the reverse flow. Removable casing for easy maintenance; equipped with CIP and SIP.

This machine is mainly used to sterilize the cap by the heat of drink insides. The maximum applicable bottle diameter is 76mm and the maximum applicable bottle height is 250mm.
